Bruce and Sam are very knowledgeable about all hearing aids. I am more than pleased with my pair of Audibel 1000 Via. If you are in need of hearing aids go to Bet Townsend. They will do more than any other vendor/audiologist that sells hearing aids. They help you carefully select the type of hearing aid that is best for your hearing loss. They will custom fit your hearing aids. They will program your hearing aids so that they will pair with your cell phone and you can bluetooth. They will service your hearing aids properly. Townsend does so much more than other stores that sell hearing aids. If your hearing is a priority go to Bet Townsend. I am a musician and a former school teacher. I need to hear correctly to continue to perform at high levels and I need to hear clearly those who are speaking to me. Thank you to Bet Townsend for an excellent product and excellent service.

This is day 1 so this only relates to the first visit. Mr Townsend is a humble, patient, and knowledgeable audioproctologist. He spent 1.5 hours with me and it seemed like 10 min. He wears hearing aids so he understands what you are going through. I couldn't image someone being better at his job.

My new hearing aids have been the best experience in the 18 years I've been wearing aids. I have enjoyed trying them out at movies, my favorite restaurants and at work. Most important, I haven't had to ask my wife to repeat herself once ... and she says I speak with a softer voice. The software is smooth as silk and easy to use. The aids are rechargeable (don't use batteries). And the people at Bet Townsend are great to work with.

I feel they were very thorough and addressesd the problem with my hearing. I was able to leave with a device while waiting on my custom permanent device and I can hear. Highly recommend Townsend Hearing Aid Center. 5 stars for sure
